Summary:

Eighteen months after a prisoner on death row escaped during a riot that shut down a prison, a film director decides to film within the prison and the film crew begins to disappear; after a lab experiment goes wrong, a rational Dr. Jekyll turns into a psycopathic Mr. Hyde and may also be Jack the Ripper.
