Summary:	Scanners II (100 min.): A telepathic race of humans, Scanners, are gradually hooked on a dangerous drug by a devious police chief with political aspirations. The power-hungry chief plans to create a 'new order' by turning addicted Scanners into powerful slaves. His partner-in-crime, a doctor, does experiments on the Scanners but one turns into a homicidal maniac and escapes. Scanners III (96 min.): Telepathic Scanners Alex and sister Helena possess the same awesome powers but an experimental drug has transformed her into a evil megalomaniac. Determined to rule the world, Helena seizes a global television network through which she can control or destroy anyone who opposes her.
