Summary:

Mitch Baldwin is in a deep rut. He lives with his parents and has no intention of leaving. With his dad retiring, talk about selling the house creates tension. Mitch suggests renting their spare room for extra cash and his parents agree. Quickly, a charming stranger, Carl, shows up. Mitch sets rules for him, but the family's routine disrupted. Carl's license plates are missing and his back story is vague. A battle of wits breaks out and turns into an all-out war.
