Set to be executed by the electric chair, a convicted serial killer Ivan Mozer gets the opportunity to escape when a prison riot breaks out. He is assumed dead and the prison is soon closed. Eighteen months later, a film crew arrives to shoot at the prison only to discover that Mozer is not, in fact, dead.
