The weather has been gray for a very long time, and when Ray attempts to color a nature scene for his art class, he cannot remember the colors for the scene. He is too shy to ask for help so he mixes up the colors. Then, when the rainbow itself cannot remember the colors for the scene, it rearranges the worlds colors according to Rays picture and things become extremely strange. How can Ray stop the color madness?
