The evil Max Maximus is determined to get to Inner-Earth to get the dinosaurs and the powerful DynOre mineral that originates there, and ten-year-old Derek Dynamo and his best friend, a nine-foot tall Tyrannosaurus Rex, are the only ones who can stop the evil plot and save the world.
