On a rare day off, the Power Rangers plan to attend a free rock concert dressed as civilians so they can enjoy themselves and blend in with the crowd. However, unbeknownst to the Rangers, the evil Master Xandred has been tracking their every move and has hatched a plan to use the Oblivitor to erase the audience's memory and turn them against the Rangers.
