Just as the sister wives get comfortable with fourth wife Robyn and her children, the Brown family is once again thrown into turmoil. Coming out of the closet has changed some things for the better, as they don't have to hide their lifestyle anymore. But after going public as polygamists, they learn that they are under investigation by the police. As the tension mounts, the Brown family fears that their happy family could be torn apart and make an enormous decision.
