On Oct 15th, 1985, two grizzly pipe bomb murders shook the population of Salt Lake City to its very core. Salt Lake is headquarters for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and the victims were a brilliant young Bishop of the LDS church, Steven Christensen and Kathy Sheets, the wife of his long time friend, former employer and also an LDC Bishop, J. Gary Sheets. The murders launched an investigation that uncovered a forgery scheme designed to corrupt the early history of the Mormon Church, cheat the government and undermine the entire documents industry.
